How your donations helpIf you hear about the CES Foundation and wonder what it’s all about, here is a great example of your donations being used to enhance the learning experience for CES students.
Danielle Damone (in photos), a teacher in the Therapeutic Day Program, successfully applied for a grant and used funds for a Brain Games project. She purchased logic puzzles, brain-teasers, mazes, and other strategy-based games that help students increase self-regulation skills, build self-esteem, and improve overall emotional wellness. Danielle said it has been amazing to watch the students progress as a result. While Danielle and the rest of the CES educators already do an incredible job with students, the grants from the CES Foundation add another layer of enrichment to their teaching experience. You can be confident the funds you generously give will lead to invaluable opportunities for students to grow.
